“Marketing is a constant and essential effort to stay ahead of your competitors. Having a good product is important, but people need to hear about it regularly and in interesting ways,” says Rich Hallock, founder of Sales Growth Partners LLC. With over a dozen years experience in the field, Mr. Hallock helps companies focus their marketing dollars on getting the results that generate their revenue. Prior to founding Sales Growth Partners LLC, Mr. Hallock provided marketing services for companies both big and small. A few of the larger companies include IBM, Williams-Sonoma.com, Kaiser Permanente, AirPrime Wireless Internet and NETFLIX, some of whom remain clients to this day. “While I was growing up, my parents owned and managed their own business. Running a business and constantly pursuing new customers is a real challenge,” says Mr. Hallock. “Marketing a small and growing small businesses is a lot of work, but it’s also very rewarding. Helping people make their dream a success is a thrill.” Mr. Hallock spent the early part of his career working for advertising and PR agencies in Europe where he earned an MBA degree from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. While in Europe, Rich worked with a range of organizations including software giant SAP AG, the German Agricultural Marketing Board, Café de Colombia, and the Ministry of Information of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Local clients included several restaurants, doctors’ offices and a Jaguar car dealership. A graduate of the University of the Pacific, Mr. Hallock holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English.
