Case study AHMA–NCN

AHMA – NCN, the Association of Housing Management Agencies of Northern California and Nevada.

The organization is member-supported and works to make affordable housing both available and viable. Among the many services AHMA-NCN provides its members are legislative advocacy, building better relationships with regulatory agencies and providing ongoing education in the field of affordable housing.

The association serves hundreds of members and is currently working to expand operations in the state of Hawaii.

Targeted outreach program

Messages were also crafted that serve to define the association and clearly convey the value of its mission to the broader membership.

Plans are in development to expand the program to emphasize the brand and help the organization fend off its competitors more effectively.
